Product Owner / Technical Business Analyst (Cards and Payment)

**Summary** Partner with business stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps. **Responsibilities** Own and manage the product backlog by prioritizing features based on business value. Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Lead Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, and Sprint Reviews. Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to ensure successful delivery. Facilitate requirement workshops and solution discussions with cross-functional teams. Coordinate UAT, defect management, and release activities. Perform impact analysis, risk assessment, and drive continuous process improvements. Create functional documentation, process flows, release notes, and implementation documents. Ensure end-to-end traceability from business requirements to delivered solutions. **Requirements** Strong experience in the Banking/BFSI domain (Retail or Corporate Banking). Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies. Expertise in backlog management, user story creation, and acceptance criteria definition. Strong understanding of SDLC and software delivery lifecycle. Experience with Jira, Confluence, Confluence Whiteboards, SQL, and Postman. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across business and technology teams. **Preferred Experience** Product backlog prioritization and roadmap planning. Banking transformation or digital banking projects. API integration and technical requirement analysis. UAT coordination and release management. Experience working in fast-paced financial services organizations
