**Summary** Silverpush is looking for an Associate Product Manager (APM) to join the Product team. The APM will help shape the future of advertising intelligence across YouTube, CTV, Programmatic, and Open Web channels. **Responsibilities** * Drive product roadmaps from ideation to launch * Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and GTM teams * Define AI/ML-powered product features and success metrics * Conduct user research and analyse campaign performance data * Prioritise product backlogs and manage sprint planning * Influence product strategy through customer and market insights **Requirements** * 2+ years of Product Management experience is mandatory * Experience in B2B SaaS, AdTech, MarTech, or Analytics platforms * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Comfortable working with Agile teams and product documentation * Customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills
