**Summary** Mantra Softech is seeking an experienced Product Manager – Hardware to drive innovation and shape the global product strategy for biometric, Identity, IoT, and AI-powered hardware solutions. The role involves expanding into smart home and enterprise automation. **Responsibilities** * Define and execute the hardware product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle strategy. * Drive product innovation for biometric, IoT, and security solutions. * Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, QA, and global stakeholders. * Lead market research, customer discovery, competitive analysis, and product positioning. * Work closely with hardware vendors and technology partners. * Drive pricing strategy, go-to-market planning, and product success metrics. * Support patent, compliance, and regulatory initiatives. * Present product strategy to executive leadership, customers, and partners. **Requirements** * 12+ years of overall experience with 5+ years in Product Management. * Minimum 3+ years managing Hardware Products. * Strong understanding of hardware architectures, CPUs, GPUs, DPUs, PCIe, NVMe, SSDs. * Experience building IoT, Security, or Embedded Hardware product roadmaps. * Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills. * Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA. * Excellent analytical, communication, and product strategy skills.
