**Summary** Seeking an Associate Product Manager with a strong background in AI products to drive the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-powered solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and business teams to build intelligent products that deliver measurable business value. **Responsibilities** * Define and own the AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives. * Translate user needs and business problems into clear product requirements. * Create detailed PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for AI features. * Collaborate closely with AI engineers and architects to understand technical opportunities and constraints. * Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing. * Define and monitor KPIs and OKRs for AI features. * Prioritize the product backlog using frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, and Impact-Effort Matrix. * Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups. * Partner with the design team to create intuitive AI-driven user experiences. * Serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams. **Requirements** * Proven experience as a Product Manager in an AI/ML or SaaS product company. * Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI product design. * Experience writing PRDs and user stories for AI features such as chatbots, recommendations, and automation. * Hands-on experience with Jira, Linear, Productboard, Notion, or Confluence. * Knowledge of analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, and Looker. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience conducting user research and translating insights into product decisions. * Basic understanding of APIs, databases, and AI model concepts. * Experience with A/B testing and feature flagging tools such as LaunchDarkly or Split.io.
