Product Manager – User & Organization Platform | Identity, Access & Lifecycle Management

**Summary** The Product Manager will own Availity's User & Organization (U&O) Platform—the foundation for identity, access management, organization onboarding, RBAC, user lifecycle management, and API-driven provisioning across the healthcare ecosystem. **Responsibilities** * Own Availity's User & Organization (U&O) Platform * Drive identity, access, and organization management strategy at scale * Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Security leaders * Help shape secure healthcare experiences for millions of users **Requirements** * 8+ years of Product Management experience * 5+ years in Identity & Access Management (IAM), RBAC, User or Organization Management platforms * Expertise in OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM, LDAP, and multi-tenant SaaS platforms * Experience with NIST 800-63, HIPAA, HITRUST, and security/compliance-driven products * Strong stakeholder management, platform thinking, and roadmap ownership * Healthcare domain experience is a plus
